I'm Moving...

Hey, all!

I have been struggling with this decision for a while now, but I have finally decided that I will be moving the blog to my website. Now that I am writing more books focusing on my career, I find that I have little time or focus to maintain this blog. So, in order to simplify my life a bit, any and all posts will be made on my website instead.

I will leave this blog up. I repeat: I WILL LEAVE THIS BLOG UP. Any posts I have made here will remain here indefinitely. But any NEW posts will be on the website starting now.

Thank you to every single one of you who have added me to your lists, stopped by to say hello, commented, shared, entered giveaways, etc. You all are awesome! Please come visit me at the new blog: http://jcvalentine.weebly.com/blog.html

Posts there won't be as often as they were here, but that is due to the heavy workload I have been maintaining lately. However, I promise to keep you all updated on my work. Stop by, say hello. See you there!

Street Team

The time has come!

My assistant, Kim, and I are overhauling the original street team due to mismanagement. That's right, we are branching off on our own and starting from scratch!

What does this mean for you? Well, we are looking for a few good people to join our happy family and help with promotions and all that jazz. In return for all of your hard work, there will be exclusive giveaways, exclusive excerpts, exclusive access, exclusive...well, you get the idea.

Run, don't walk! The group officially kicks off January 13th!

Beta Readers Wanted!

Knockout is officially done! As I move into edits, I want to get the ball rolling on finding a couple of dedicated readers with a little (or a lot) of experience in beta reading.

I feel I should mention that anyone willing to read for me will be getting the rough copy. Knockout is scheduled to be delivered to my editor's desk at the end of the month. In the meantime, I am looking for feedback that pertains to the storyline. Example: the flow of the story, it's content, and whether everything adds up.

I am looking for someone who:
-reads fast
-has an eye for detail
-ideally, knows a little something about professional MMA/UFC fighting
-enjoys reading NA (new adult) novels
-isn't afraid to tell me straight. Tell me what works and what doesn't.

If you said, "Hey, that sounds like me!" to any of the above mentioned, then please send me a message at branflake3083@gmail.com with "I want to beta read" in the subject line. THANK YOU!!
