Like many of you, I am in love with love, but I also love the journey it takes to get there. Since real life is fraught with struggles and misunderstandings, I have infused those elements in my fictional worlds where the women are hot-headed vixens and the men are hard-headed and as mouthwatering and delicious as a giant box of gourmet chocolates!

He paused, his fingers covering the lock. With his back to her, he asked, “You got a name?”

“Piper. How about you?” she asked, but he was already opening the door. An angry mob of women waited outside for them, and Piper hurried to follow him out. Together, they took the walk of shame past scowling, bloodthirsty, hormonal females bristling for a fight and back into the heart of the club. She came up short when he turned to face her.

Grasping the back of her neck again, he drew her up to him and brushed her mouth with a kiss. “Thank you,” he said softly, and then without a backward glance, he slipped into the crowd.

Poppy panted breathlessly as Felix's mouth left hers to trail wet kisses down the column of her throat to her chest at the same time his fingers found the hem of her dress and inched their way beneath the material and up her thighs.

"So is this part of the interview?" she asked, tunneling her fingers through his hair.

Lifting his head from her breast, Felix stared heatedly up at her. "That depends," he said, wetting his bottom lip.

"On what," Poppy asked, her eyes following the movement.

"On how often I get to do this."

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

The holiday season is upon us and I am so thrilled to get some time off to relax and cherish this time I have with my family. And to think today is the day that the world was supposed to end. Unless D-Day is slated to happen at midnight, I think we are in the clear. Whew!
